1. Order cancellation cannot be made after payment if its status is "In Progress". Refunds are only possible if the order status is "Under Review" before shipping. 2. Non-exchange or returnability Since all our products are 100% handmade and may be customized (such as special texts/designs), we apologize for accepting exchange or return requests except in the cases mentioned below. 3. Accepted exchange cases Exchange is only accepted if a different product than the original order is received (wrong or not matching specifications). In this case, we bear the full cost of shipping and delivery to resend the correct item. 4. Shipping and product condition All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition. We are not responsible for damage occurring during shipping. In case of actual damage, please contact the shipping company directly. 5. Non-receipt of shipment If the delivery cannot be made due to the customer not responding to the shipping company's or courier's calls, we disclaim responsibility for the shipment returning to us. If the order is returned, the customer must bear the cost of shipping again to resend it. 6. Delay in delivery We strive to prepare and send orders as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any delays caused by delivery companies inside Riyadh or other cities and countries.
